At the time of the reservation

For customers who find it difficult to remain in a sitting position, and it is necessary to lie down all the time from the takeoff to the landing, a stretcher (cot) is available.

*We will determine the possibility of using a stretcher by checking the stock of stretchers, the securing of seats on the relevant flight, the medical certificate and medical device.

Customers for whom it is possible to sit down in the seat, and who request to use an auxiliary belt for fastening the upper body or a child seat, please confirm those who find it difficult to stay in a sitting position.

About Traveling Companions

Security Check

It is done with the same details and in the same manner as other customers.
Be sure to go through the metal detector one by one. In some cases a pat-down screening may be necessary, but please be assured that the security staff will tell you what to do.
If you have any concerns, please tell us at the time of the reservation, or at the airport counter on the day of the flight date.

Boarding

Pre-boarding service

For customers who request to use this service, please tell the boarding gate staff as soon as possible.
Staff will guide customers to their seats on the airplane if requested.

In-flight

For the placement of the medical device and the oxygen bottles for medical use, any medical measures should be taken care of by the accompanying person. As the cabin crew can help with anything else, please do not hesitate to ask them.

When Arriving

When getting off the airplane, we will guide you off after everyone else has disembarked.
Staff will guide you to the arrival lobby and those who are meeting you if requested. Please do not hesitate to ask.
