Customers who use codeshare flights

Codeshare flights (joint operation) are operated with the aircraft and crew members of other carriers.
Such things as the check-in time, in-flight service, transportation conditions for infants and children, and support in case of irregularities, are based on the regulations of the operating airline carrier.
