Reservations on the JAL website
- Special Assistance Registration Service members can automatically register information.
- For customers other than Priority Guest members, there is information that cannot be registered on the website. Please telephone the call center after making the reservation. (Please refer to "Reservations via telephone")
- If you are traveling alone and cannot take care of your personal needs, are bringing personal medical equipment (medical oxygen tank, etc.) on board, or are required to submit a medical certificate, please contact the Special Assistance Desk.
