There is no dedicated First Class check-in counter, but First Class passengers are given priority.

First Class passengers are given priority.
Baggage check-in
Free checked baggage up to 45 kg
First Class passengers may check up to 45 kg of baggage free of charge, with a limit of 32 kg per item.

JAL First Class Priority Security Lanes are available at New Chitose, Haneda, Itami, Fukuoka, and Naha airports.
