From November 1, 2023, the supervising menus created by 5 cutting-edge chefs who have achieved excellent results in the past at “RED U-35”, Japan’s largest cooking competition that seeks out young talents of the new era, will be sequentially introduced.The menu will be presented in a unique way, incorporating "Ingredients of the Future 50" as well as the aroma, texture, and appearance of each ingredient when the lid is opened.
FUKUOKA "Syn” Chef OHNO Naoto
Born in Fukuoka. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, he worked at the Michelin three-star restaurant “Alinea” in Chicago, as well as “De Librije” in the Netherlands, “Faviken” in Sweden, and as a sous chef at the Michelin one-star restaurant “recte” in Japan. He have honed his skills in a variety of restaurants both domestically and internationally. In June 2023,he opened his own restaurant “Syn” in his hometown of Fukuoka.
