In years when a "Salon"vintage, made from 100% Grand CruChardonnay grapes that constitute a mere 5% of the entire production, is not produced, the grapes are utilized for this Blanc de Blancs. With refreshing, inviting flavors of citrus and golden-brown toast, you'll unwind with this champagne and it is versatile enough to be enjoyed not only as an aperitif, but also as an elegant accompaniment to your meal.

Boschendal Chardonnay 2017

Boschendal is a historic winery dating as far back as 1685. These Chardonnay grapes are harvested in the Elgin valley, the most talked-about cool climate region in South Africa.
