This premium sake crafted from the highest quality sake rice harvested by exclusive farmers is the achievement of a project tackled by a team comprised of local contracted farmers, agricultural specialists, the cooperative and the municipal government. While possessing fresh, crisp acidity and spot-on sharpness, this Ippaku Suisei offers you a wellbalanced, plump taste.
KAMONISHIKI "Nifuda-zake Funaba-gumi" Junmai Daiginjo (Niigata) Alc 13%
Nifuda-zake Funaba-gumi (bottled directly from the tub where sake and lees are separated) is a clean, fresh sake created by Kamonishiki Brewery, founded in 1893. They aim to craft sake that complements today’s diversified eating habits. Savor the quintessential crispness of "Gohyakuman-goku," one of the Hokuriku region’s iconic sake rice brands, and the immaculately pure flavor of this just-pressed sake.

Served at the Nobel Prize post-ceremony banquet, this non-alcoholic sparkling beverage is made with 100% French Chardonnay grapes.
In addition to its Japanese JAS organic certification, it is also certified vegan and halal. It tastes just like real sparkling wine and can be enjoyed by customers of all types.
