You can make changes on the JAL website if you used one of the following fares and payment methods.
Making Changes by Phone or at the Counter
If you are using a fare that does not allow changes via the JAL website or the deadline for changes via the JAL website has passed, please use one of the following methods to make changes before the expiration date.
Change to non-JAL Group flight

Cancel only your booking via the JAL website (convert to open).
Please book your flight at other airlines (*1) within the validity.
We will endorse your ticket to the airline concerned prior to your new departure.
After you collect the ticket, please complete the boarding procedure at the airline's counter.
As necessary procedures are required at both airlines, please arrive at the airline counters as early as possible.
Making Changes by Phone or at the Counter
Please contact JAL call center or domestic ticketing counter (city/airport) for booking cancellation and further assistance for the necessary procedures.
Please book your flight at other airlines (*) within the validity.

If you want to change to other public transport, we will refund the total fare charge of the affected flight sector.
