Reservation Period
From 0 a.m. 360 days prior to the departure date until the day prior to the departure date (Japan time)
- If your return flight is not yet available for booking, your outbound flight and inbound flight cannot be booked in the same transaction.
Please make a reservation for both flights of your journey after the reservation opening date, or make separate reservations for your outbound and inbound flights.
How to Make a Reservation
You must be logged in to your JMB account.
Reminders When Making a Reservation
- At the time of making the reservation, you must have the required number of miles in your JMB account.
- Upon completion of your reservation, the Award Ticket will be issued and the required number of miles will be deducted.
- Waitlisting is not permitted.

Passengers Requiring Special Assistance
Please contact JAL Contact Center after making your reservation if any of the following applies to you.
- You have an intellectual or developmental disability and require assistance
- You have difficulty walking unaided
- You are traveling with your own wheelchair
- You will be using personal medical equipment on board
- You are traveling with an assistance dog
- You will be checking large or numerous pieces of bagg on a flight operated by JAC/HAC or RAC
