When booking award travel with base miles - the minimum number of required miles - tickets are available from 4,000 to 10,000 miles one way for zones A to G respectively.
Choosing dates and flights that can be booked with base miles allows you to enjoy travel with fewer miles.
By using the Seat Availability Check Calendar, you can also conveniently search for days and seasons that offer the greatest value.

Award Ticket PLUS allows you to redeem additional miles - starting from 100 miles - to book an available seat on your preferred flight when no seats are available with base miles.

For example, if traveling on a Tokyo-Kagoshima-Yakushima itinerary, you can fly Haneda-Kagoshima on the Special Saver fare and redeem 4,000 miles for an award ticket for Kagoshima-Yakushima.

What should I do if my plans have changed?

The miles redeemed for your original itinerary can be returned to your account upon payment of the JPY 1,000 cancellation charge. Please use your returned miles to book your new flights on your preferred flight dates.
* Miles that have expired will not be returned to your account.
Can I upgrade my ticket on the day of my flight?

You can upgrade your ticket on the day of your flight by paying the upgrade fee if a seat is available in Class J or First Class on your booked flight. Please note that miles cannot be used to pay the upgrade fee.
