Effective November 30,2024, customers entering Guam under the “Guam - Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Visa Waiver Program” are required to apply in advance for an electronic travel authorization “Guam-CNMI ETA”.
It is recommended to apply up to 7 days prior to departure and obtained at least 5 days in advance.

This will be carried out at the same time as the customs check.

Please make a line in front of each conter (insider the white line) and wait to be called.
Please present your passport to the official, and your completed I-736 as well if entering with Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Program.
On/After November 30, 2024, Guam-CNMI ETA pre-application is required in place of the Form I-736.

Customs
Please show your passport and customs declaration form.
If you are within the limits of tax-free imports, you can pass through Customs easily.
After obtaining an "F" (free) stamp at the first inspection, hand the customs declaration form to another official waiting at the exit, and proceed outside to the lobby.
IMPORTANT
Quarantine (Animals And Plants)
The customs inspection also serves as Quarantine. You are forbidden from bringing in animals, plants, fruit, drugs, etc.
Pets
Prior reservation is necessary if you wish to bring your pet, as the transportation environment within the aircraft needs to be prepared.

Security check
After you have completed the check-in procedure, please proceed to Concourse Level 2. There you will undergo a security inspection before proceeding to your departure gate. You are limited to one item of carry-on baggage.
