- If you are bringing in currency in excess of US$10,000, this must be declared. In case of any omission, the items will be confiscated in full and you may be liable for personal or criminal charges.
This will be carried out at the same time as the customs check.

Please make a line in front of each counter (inside the white line) and wait to be called.
Please present your passport and completed immigration card to the official.
When your passport is stamped with an arrivals stamp, the departure record part of your immigration card will be closed.
Your customs declaration will also receive its first inspection stamp, and will be returned to you.
Guam has two types of visa waiver programs, and Japanese citizens are eligible for both.
1. United States Visa Waiver Program
2. Guam-CNMI (Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands) Visa Waiver Program
Depending on the purpose of visit (study, work, etc.), a visa or additional documentation may be required.
US permanent residents and conditional permanent residents must show their permanent resident or conditional permanent resident cards (Green Card/I-551).
A machine-readable passport (MRP) or an IC passport (IC chipped) valid until the date of return to your home country.

If you are within the limits of tax-free imports, you can pass through Customs easily.
After obtaining an "F" (free) stamp at the first inspection, hand the customs declaration form to another official waiting at the exit, and proceed outside to the lobby.
The customs inspection also serves as Quarantine. You are forbidden from bringing in animals, plants, fruit, drugs, etc.
Prior reservation is necessary if you wish to bring your pet, as the transportation environment within the aircraft needs to be prepared.
Please also be sure to check with the embassy or quarantine station at your destination for animal quarantine information such as import restrictions and required documentation.
Check-in opens 3 hours prior to departure.
* As of May 2013, visa holders are no longer required to complete form I-94. However, if you entered the country prior to this date and you have the form attached to your passport, please hand it in.
After you have completed the check-in procedure, please take the Temporary Passenger Walkway and proceed to Concourse Level 2. There you will undergo a security inspection before proceeding to your departure gate. You are limited to one item of carry-on baggage.
