Reservations and Purchasing

Please select "Shareholder's Saver Fare" for flight select. Ticket must be purchased before the ticket purchase deadline. To purchase your ticket, please register the "Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon". Please register from the "Register shareholders discount coupon" button.

Please enter the '①Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon' printed on the coupon. (Please scratch off the red-edged square.)

Please scratch off gently, or you may scratch off the entire code.

After you register the 'Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon' for all your reserved flight, 'Proceed to Purchase' button will appear. Please purchase your ticket before ticket purchase deadline.

There are different payment options available at Online Reservation / Purchase on JAL web site;
Credit card Purchase, Pay e JAL Point, Pay cash at a Convenience Store.

Shareholders Discount Coupon will not be collected. Please dispose them properly.

If your seat is selected in advance, you can use JAL Touch & Go Service with JMB IC card, JALCARD or mobile with IC (NFC) function, two-dimensional barcode on e-ticket itinerary/receipt.

Refund

'Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon replacement' will be informed at a JAL Group domestic ticket counter (city/airport) provided that the original coupon is still valid and within the refundable period.

The usage of 'Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon replacement' is the same as 'Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon'.

Please confirm your 'Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon replacement' from the 'Confirm the ticketing code for shareholders discount coupon replacement' button on Cancellation Completed page.

If you purchased your ticket by cash or paid cash at a Convenience Store, Shareholders Discount Coupon replacement will not be issued immediately. To comfirm your 'Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon replacement', please
contact us (JAL Domestic Reservation and Information) on the following day of cancel or refund transaction.

How to Confirm Your Shareholder's Saver Fare Substitute Ticket Issuing Code

If you were not able to confirm your Shareholder's Saver Fare Substitute Ticket Issuing Code, or you wish to check it again, you can find it with e-ticket search, even if the ticket was issued from a different website than the JAL website.

Tickets purchased one year prior can be viewed.
(The Shareholder's Saver Fare Substitute Ticket Issuing Code will be displayed even if already used or no longer valid. If you are unsure whether the code has been used or not, please contact the JAL call center (Domestic Reservation and Information).)

If you are purchasing your ticket at Check-in and Ticketing Kiosk, even if the 'Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon' is already registered, please bring your Shareholders Discount Coupon or Replacement for the Shareholders Discount Coupon with you. To purchase, you need to hold the barcode printed on the coupon over the barcode reader. If you do not have the Shareholders Discount Coupon or Replacement for the Shareholders Discount Coupon with you, please purchase at the airport counter.

Please scratch off the red-edged square of '②Ticketing Barcode for Shareholders Discount Coupon' printed on your coupon, and hold the barcode over the barcode reader.
