Regarding Changes (Flight Transfers) for Domestic Tickets Purchased via Travel Agencies or Travel Agency Websites, and When Using "Go somewhere with miles"

If you purchased a domestic flight ticket through a travel agency or travel agency website, or if you are using "Go somewhere with miles", please reserve your transfer flight by following the instructions below.

If you wish to transfer to a flight departing within 24 hours from the time of procedure

Example: If the procedure time is January 1st at 18:00, the transfer flight should depart by January 2nd at 17:59.

STEP1 Please reserve a "Flex Fare" flight for the same route and class as your original reservation.

  • The purchase deadline and fare amount will be displayed, but you do **not** need to actually purchase it.
  • Cancellation of the original reservation is **not** necessary.
  • Seat selection cannot be made in advance; it will be processed during check-in.
  • No transfer fees will be charged for the flight transfer.

STEP2 On the day of boarding for the transfer flight, please complete your check-in at the airport counter

At the time of check-in, please present the "flight number" and "reservation number" of the transfer flight you reserved, along with the necessary documents from your original reservation.

If you do not have the necessary documents, you will be required to present an ID (such as a driver's license or health insurance card) of the boarding passenger at check-in.

Necessary documents for boarding (any one of the following):

  • JMB / JAL Card
  • 2D barcode (including e-ticket customer receipt)
  • Ticket number
  • Osaifu-Keitai® (with JAL Touch & Go settings enabled)

If you wish to transfer to a flight departing more than 24 hours after the time of procedure

Example: If the procedure time is January 1st at 18:00, the transfer flight should depart on or after January 2nd at 18:00.

If you made the reservation through a travel agency or travel website, please contact the travel agency where you booked
