JAL Touch & Go boarding

You can use JAL Touch & Go boarding if you have completed booking, purchase and seat selection. You do not need to check in at an airport counter or self check-in kiosk.

Check-in at the airport

If JAL Touch & Go boarding is not available, you can check in at the airport on the day of travel.

Boarding Sequence

Please check your boarding squence at the boarding gate. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
Departure date upgrade

We will accept upgrades to Class J or First Class on the day of depurture from 3 hours prior to the departure of your flight.
Airport Standby

If your desired flight is full, you may join the standby waitlist online.
Flex Traveler System

Special offer to passengers who voluntarily give up their seats on overbooked flights on the departure day.
Self Service Check-in Kiosk

You can select your seat and check-in at an airport.
