Delivery of JAL Global Club JGC Baggage Tag
Thank you for flying with JAL Airlines.
This is to inform you about the JGC Baggage Tag, a membership benefit of the JAL Global Club. Because of the recent delays and non-delivery issues caused by the current international postal situation, the baggage tag will only be posted to members, who enrolled afer July 1, 2026 (Wed) and are residing in Japan.
For members, who are currently living overseas, please update your registered postal address in the JAL Mileage Bank after you relocate to Japan to receive your the baggage tag.

Airport Luggage Delivery Service - Two free pieces of luggage (departure only)
Coupon (issued once a year) will be distributed on the JAL Mileage Bank app.
To enjoy this benefit, please select the coupon on the app and present it to the JAL ABC staff.
- Coupon will be distributed on the app by the end of the following month after Star Grade qualification. The second and subsequent coupons will be issued once a year.
JAL Totteoki-no-Ippin Executive Collection
Special products are available exclusively to JGC Four Star members, JGC Five Star members, JGC Six Star members, JMB Diamond members, JGC Premier members, and JMB Sapphire members as part of the Totteoki-no-Ippin service.
- Products will be made available around one month after Star Grade qualification.
JAL Mall
Receive a 5% off coupon that can be used once at all JAL Mall shops. Coupon is issued once per month and is valid for six months.
