Check the "Automatic login" checkbox when you log in to the JAL app and your login status will be saved for future logins so you won’t have to enter your member ID and password again.

Cautions (disclaimers) regarding the use of automatic login
Enabling automatic login on your personal device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) creates the risk that your registered personal information may be viewed by others or used for identity theft. When using the following types of devices, please do not enable automatic login. Please log out each time you finish using the app.
Devices that you share with family members or that may be used by someone other than yourself
Devices provided for public use by hotels, schools, companies, Internet cafes, etc.
To log out of the app, please press the “Log out” button.
Disabling automatic login will not log you out of the app.
In accordance with the JMB Rules and Conditions, JAL cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred by customers due to administrative problems.
Why am I being asked to log in again even though I enabled Automatic login?

This may be due to one of the following reasons:
You logged out of the app
You changed your password on the website
Your account was locked on the website
If you are asked to log in again or see the message “Your account has been locked. Please reset your password and try again," please change your password before logging in again.Please see "Click here for password change instructions" below for instructions on how to change your password.

For some types of services (award redemption, profile changes), JAL has implemented multi-factor authentication using a one-time password. This ensures that you can use these services safely and securely.
