Deadlines for Award Reservations
Award reservations will be accepted from 0 a.m. (Japan time), 360 days prior to flight departure.

If the above deadlines fall outside the operating hours of the Call Center or JAL Office, the deadline will be the previous business day.
- Depending on the partner airline, award bookings may be accepted within 360 days prior to the date of departure.
- Awards for partner airlines must be requested after all flights in the itinerary are open for booking.

Members living in Japan
You must be logged in to your JMB account.
Members living outside Japan
You must be logged in to your JMB account. To make reservations, please go to JAL Mileage Bank top page and select JMB Partner Arilines Award Tickets in the Popular awards section under Redeem your miles.
When making requests by phone, please contact the JMB Award Reservations Desk/JMB Center below.

- Please call the JMB International Reservations Desk/JMB Center below to make an award ticket reservation for the following awards.
Jetstar Japan: International flights - GK Domestic Award Tickets cannot be booked via domestic reservation services, the JAL website, or the JMB Domestic Award Reservations Desk.
Reminders when Making Reservations
At the time of making your reservation, you must have the total amount of mileage required for award redemption in your JMB account. If you do not have enough miles, you will not be able to make a reservation.
- Miles will be deducted and the award ticket issuance process will be started immediately upon completion of the award reservation.
Reminders when Requesting and Collecting Awards
- The procedure for collecting your award ticket is same as for JAL International Award Tickets.
- All flights must be confirmed in order to issue an award. Award tickets for open itineraries cannot be issued.
- Waitlists and advance seat selections are not permitted.
- Please note the JMB partner airline rules for unaccompanied minor (s) under 15 years of age.
- On Jetstar Japan international flights, some inflight services are available only upon paying a fee.
The JMB International Award Reservations Desk/JMB Center cannot accept pre-orders for such products and services offered by other partner airlines.
