[Important Notice] End of New Issuance for JAL Coupons

Thank you for your continued support of JAL.

We would like to inform you that we will be discontinuing the new issuance of "JAL Coupons", a service enjoyed by many of our customers, on the date specified below.

End Date and Time for New Issuance (Application Deadline)

January 31, 2027 (Sunday) at 11:59 p.m. (Japan Standard Time)

If you wish to exchange your miles for JAL Coupons, please complete your application by the deadline above.

Regarding Currently Issued JAL Coupons

Any JAL Coupons currently in your possession will remain valid and can be used until the expiration date printed on the coupon, even after new issuance has ended.

We sincerely thank you for your long-standing patronage and understanding.

JAL Coupons can be used as full or partial payment for flight tickets, hotel stays, dining, and more

(10,000 miles = equivalent to ¥12,000)

How to Request and Use Awards

Requests for JAL Coupon Awards can be made by calling our Automated Telephone Service or by visiting JAL's website.

Applications for JAL Coupon Awards via Automated Telephone Service will end on September 27, 2021.

STEP1 Request an award

Please submit your request via the JAL website.

For members living in Japan

JAL Coupons will be sent only to your JMB registered address and will be sent via registered mail only.
A maximum of 100,000 miles can be redeemed for JAL Coupons in one transaction.
Please note that normally it will take approximately 1 week to receive your coupons once you have requested them.
However, it may take 2 to 3 weeks when there is a high volume of requests or if requested just before or during long holiday periods such as Golden Week or the year end / New Year holidays. We suggest you request your awards as much in advance as possible.

For members living outside of Japan

Request an Award

JAL Coupons will be sent only to your JMB registered address and will be sent via registered mail only.
Please note that normally it will take approximately 2 week to receive your coupons once you have requested them.

〔Notice for Customers Residing in Cambodia〕
Due to revisions in Cambodia's postal code system, shipping address formats may have changed.
Please ensure your registered address and postal code are up to date before submitting your application.

Requests for JAL Coupon Awards cannot be accepted if your mailing address is a P.O. Box.
JAL Coupons will be sent by international courier service. All deliveries will require a signature.
Depending on postal circumstances in your region, it may take 2 or more weeks for your JAL Coupons to arrive.
JAL Coupons cannot be collected at airport counters.

STEP2 Use your JAL Coupons as payment

JAL Coupons can be used as full or partial payment for flight tickets, hotel stays, dining, and more.

Purchases Omitting the JAL Coupon Redemption Process

You can choose to omit the JAL Coupon redemption/mailing process by directly applying the JAL Coupon toward the purchase price when purchasing JAL Group tickets. Please note that the JMB member must be the one who requests this service.
