What are JAL Coupon Awards?
JAL Coupons are vouchers that can be used as full or partial payment for JAL Group flight tickets, inflight shopping, hotel stays, and more.
Who is Eligible for Awards
Awards can be used by the JMB member and eligible relatives.
- If an individual other than the JMB member will use the award, the user may be asked to show proof of relationship to the JMB member.
Eligible Purchases and Locations
JAL Coupons can be used to make full or partial payments for the following purchases. Eligible locations vary according to the purchase.
Depending on the purchase or location, you may be required to send the JAL Coupon by mail after your reservation is completed or be allowed to omit the JAL Coupon redemption process entirely.
- JAL Coupons cannot be used for the payment of domestic & international package tours.
- JAL Coupons cannot be used at travel agencies.
- JAL Coupons cannot be used for the payment of hotel stays and / or meals which have been reserved through travel agencies (including online reservations and online travel agencies).
- Eligible purchases and locations for JAL Coupons differ from those for e JAL Points (e JAL Points are available to members living in Japan only)
