If you have symptoms such as fever and vomiting, and you need to make a quarantine declaration, please inform an official.
Japanese citizens do not require a visa for stays of 15 days or less. Please fill out an arrival card and present it along with your passport. Your passport will be returned after it has been stamped with an arrivals stamp, and your arrival card will be retained by the official.
Your departure card will be returned to you as you enter the country, so please ensure you keep it safe.
Please note that Japanese passengers entering the country on diplomatic or official passports require a visa regardless of their length of stay.
If you are carrying or are in possession of items to declare, please fill out a customs declaration form and present it to a customs official at the red tax counter. It is not necessary to record the details for passengers under 16 who are accompanied by an adult.
It is not necessary to complete a customs declaration form if you have no items to declare. Please proceed to the green tax exempt counter.
Prior reservation is necessary if you wish to bring your pet, as the transportation environment within the aircraft needs to be prepared.

Check-in times
From 2 hours 30 minutes prior to each departure time
* Terminal is extremely large, so please ensure that you allow plenty of time to move from the check-in area to the departure gate.
The latest time for check-in is 60 minutes prior to departure for all passengers, including Business Class passengers.
Please note that if you attempt check-in any later than this, you may not be able to board the aircraft.
Please show your passport, departure card, and boarding pass. Your passport will be stamped with a departure stamp.
Foreign nationals are required to submit departure cards.
Departure cards are available at the airport.
You will need to undergo a body scan, and have your carry-on baggage X-rayed.
The Chinese authorities forbid passengers from taking matches or lighters inside an aircraft.
It is also forbidden to pack them inside suitcases or other checked baggage.
Please note that you will be required to discard any matches or lighters at the security inspection site.
It is not necessary to submit a health declaration form.
