The arrivals gate is on level 2. Please go to the JAL transfers counter on level 3.

Customers connecting from Bangkok to following destinations taking below airlines
It is possible to check baggage through from Japan to the final destination shown below.
(provided that the transfer time in Bangkok is less than 24 hours.)
Please proceed to domestic flight transit counter (PG/TG) after you arrive at Bangkok.
Bangkok Airways (PG):
- Phuket (HKT), Chiang Mai (CNX), Chiang Rai (CEI), Samui (USM), Krabi (KBV), Trat (TDX)
Thai Airways (TG): * Except flights operated by THAI Smile (WE)
- Phuket (HKT), Hat Yai (HDY), Chiang Mai (CNX), Samui (USM), Krabi (KBV)
Passengers taking Thai domestic flights at Don Mueang Airport
Limousine Bus
- Departs from level 2 of Suvarnabhumi Airport passenger terminal.
Price: from 1200 Baht (THB). Duration: 60-90 minutes.
Taxi
- Departs from level 2 of Suvarnabhumi Airport passenger terminal.
Price: 50 Baht (THB) is added to the meter fee (highway charge will also be added).
Duration: 60-90 minutes.
Regular bus
- You can use the shuttle bus to move from the passenger terminal to the regular bus terminal.
- Take bus number 554 or 555 from the bus terminal to Don Mueang station.
- There are no announcements on the bus, and it does not go all the way to Don Mueang Airport, so please take care if taking the regular bus (Thai language only).
- Price: 34 Baht (THB) one-way.
Duration: 90-120 minutes.
Transfers to domestic flights at Don Mueang Airport
- Departing from Suvarnabhumi Airport and connecting to a domestic flight at Don Mueang Airport takes a minimum of 3 hours 30 minutes.
- Transport and fares for transfer are subject to change, so please confirm details in advance.
Passengers connecting to other Thai domestic flights
- After completing Immigration in Bangkok, collect your baggage and proceed to the domestic check-in counters on level 4 to check in for your connecting flight.
Transfers from Thai domestic flights → JAL
Passengers traveling from below airports with connection from Bnagkok Airways (PG) to Japan Airlines (JL) flight
Airport：
Phuket (HKT), Chiang Mai (CNX), Chiang Rai (CEI), Samui (USM), Krabi (KBV), Trat (TDX)
- At each airport, please check-in at international terminal or Bnagkok Airways' international check-in counter.
- It is possible to check baggage through from depating airport to JL flights.
- You may finish passport control at above each airport.
- You may proceed to international terminal departure area directly at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport (BKK).
- Please note that separate tickets are not eligible.
If not correspond above condition, but may check-in and finish passport control at the departure airport
- Please check your check-in counter with airport information or airlines which operate Thai domestic flights.
- It is possible to check baggage through from depating airport to JL flights.
- You may proceed to international terminal departure area directly at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport (BKK).
If JAL check-in and immigration procedures have not been carried out at departure
- After arriving in Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport), please retrieve your baggage and check in at the JAL check-in counter on departures level 4.
