Lost Your Ticket?

If you lost your domestic flight ticket, you will be required to submit a Lost Ticket Report.
You can obtain it from the travel agent where you bought the ticket or JAL Group domestic ticketing counter (city/airport).

How to refund the ticket

  • Customer copy of your Lost Ticket Report
  • Certificate for boarding (only if you have continued with your travel)
  • The credit card used for the original payment (if the payment was made by credit card)

JAL Domestic Lost Ticket Desk

JAL Group domestic ticketing counter (city/airport), or travel agent where you bought the ticket

Cancellation charge

¥2,000 investigation charge (¥1,000 for the lost of surchage coupon)

Notes A refund will be made ONLY if it can be confirmed that the lost ticket has not been used or refunded.

Please contact us for the ticket refund within the refundable period (applicable refund period of the original ticket + 3 months). Refund will not be eligible if the request is made afterward.
