The coupon service counter is located between Gates 15 and 16 in the North Wing departure area.

Coupons can also be obtained at the reception of the South Wing Lounge.

Staff will guide you through the coupon redemption page.

Please receive your e-coupon by the departure time of your flight. Please be reminded that we cannot respond to any inquiries after the departure of your flight.
You will not be able to use the lounge once you have received a coupon.

STEP3 Receive Coupon

Hover your smartphone over the terminal to access the coupon redemption page.

Enter your JMB membership number and password to receive your coupon.

E-coupons can be exchanged for a variety of payment services, including JAL Pay points and PayPay points.
