The letters in the password are case-sensitive.

Example: You set your password as "Jmb20150"

→ If you enter the letters in a different case, such as "JMB20150" or "jmb20150," your password will not be recognized.

When entering uppercase and lowercase letters, make sure they match those set in your password.
