If your flight is suspended or reduction, please check the JAL website to view your new booking details and follow the necessary steps by at least 20 minutes prior to the departure.
Click on the "Complete confirmation" button to confirm your reservation.

Your alternate flight is now confirmed.
Please go directly to the airport on the date of travel. (Board using the method listed under "Boarding Procedures.")
If you wish to cancel or receive a refund, click the "Change or cancel reservation" button. (Go to Step 3)
(If flying using an award ticket, Click on the "Reservation cancel" button.)
Click the "Cancel All of the Above" button to proceed to the refund screen (no charges apply).
（If flying using an award ticket, Please operate the refund from the "Refund" button.No charges apply.)
Click the "Search for Another Flight" button to change your booking.
(If flying using an award ticket, you must first accept the alternate flight (check the booking details and click the "Complete confirmation" button), before changing to another flight.

I received a Notice of Alternate Flight email due to the cancellation, but can I change or cancel it due to inconvenience?
I changed the reserved flight due to flight suspension and reduction of flight frequency. If the changed flight is also canceled, can I re-extend or re-change the validity period of the ticket?
