Notifications of Timetable-Related Changes

If your booking details change following a timetable update, you will receive a notification by email or other method. Please be sure to check your booking and take necessary procedures prior to the departure.

  • Timetables are updated twice a year (late January and late August).

Please note that changes to departure/arrival times, flight numbers, aircraft, operating carriers, seat numbers, and seat class, as well as flight suspensions and reduction, may occur based on future demand trends.

Important Information Regarding the Winter Schedule (From October 26, 2025 to March 28, 2026)

As our winter schedule has been finalized, an email message will be sent to you with the below subject line to our customers, who will be affected by any changes in our flight schedule.
Before your departure, please follow the instructions and complete the necessary procedures on the JAL website.

Subject:Notice of Flight Schedule Change for JAL000 on MM/DD/YYYY (Mon)

Customers listed in the below categories will be contacted by the JAL Domestic Reservations Center.

  • Customers whose connecting flights are no longer feasible due to schedule changes.
  • Customers whose flights have been canceled and alternative arrangements could not be made.
  • Customers whose direct flights have been canceled and have been rebooked on connecting flights.
  • For details on flight connections, please refer to our Domestic Flight Connections Guide.
  • Customers holding international flight tickets are not subject to this notification.
  • Customers who booked their flights through a travel agency or a channel other than Japan Airlines are not subject to this notification.
    Please contact your travel agency or booking channel where you made your reservation for more details.
