Customers who have already reserved or purchased a domestic route ticket should click on the (Receipts/boarding certificates) button and then click on the (Domestic Fligts) button from the displayed menu.
Enter the search criteria for e-Ticket Search (JMB membership number or Order number (for flights departing on/before April 11, 2023), Ticket number (for flights departing on/after April 12, 2023)) and click the "Search" button.
When you are logged in, a list of tickets associated with your membership number will be displayed, so please select a ticket.Click the "View Receipt" button on the e-Ticket details screen. (If the button does not appear, select the history from the View e-ticket history button.)
Enter the addressee's name and select the passenger, and click the "View receipt" button to view the receipt (PDF).
