Domestic flight receipt application (for cancellation charges only)
To customers who want to receive the receipt by post
Postal Address
Receipts will only be sent by posts to postal addresses in Japan.
Eligible Tickets
Tickets that incurred cancellation charges with refunds finalized.
Notice
Postal deliveries will take approximately one week but may take longer depending on the number of applications.
Receipts cannot be reissued.
Each passenger in a shared booking must apply separately.
Receipts for international flight tickets cannot be issued through this form.
