By using self-service check-in kiosk and Self Baggage Activator, you can check-in your baggage smoothly.

HOW TO USE

STEP 1-1

Issue a bag tag in self-service check-in kiosk.

STEP 1-2

Attach the bag tag to your baggage and go to the Self Baggage Activator.

STEP 2-1

Tap your IC card or scan your two-dimensional barcode at the Self Baggage Activator.

STEP 2-2

Place your baggage one by one.

STEP 3-1

Scan a baggage tag with a scanner.

STEP 3-2

Check for dangerous goods on the screen.

STEP 3-3

Receive a baggage claim tag.

STEP 3-4

Baggage inspection.

Please have one of the following items (2D barcode for your flight or your JMB card/JAL CARD) on hand.

(1) JMB IC card, JALCARD, or mobile with IC (NFC) function

(2) 2D barcode

(3) Ticket Number（13-digit)

If you have (1)(2), you need to tap it in both self-service check-in kiosk and Self Baggage Drop.
If you have (3), you need a boarding pass issued after check-in.

Free checked baggage allowance is up to 20kg.(First class passengers up to 45 kg are free of charge.)
*If you have a companion, please add him/her at self-service check-in kiosk.
No limit on the number of checked baggage.
Total outside dimension (length + width + height): within 50cm x 60cm x 110cm.
*If you have a baggage longer than 110 cm, please come to the special baggage counter.
If you have a stroller, please come to the special assistance counter.
