Request Post Flight Credit
If you were unable to complete mileage accrual procedures at the time of reservation or boarding, or if miles were not accrued after your flight, you may request post flight credit within up to 6 months after the flight date.
Requests for flights that are flown before joining JMB will be accepted (with the exception of requests for bonus mileage) if the post flight credit request is made within 6 months after the flight.
Post Flight Credit is required in the following cases
- When you did not provide your JMB membership number before your flight
- When you did not register your mileage through Self Service Check-in Kiosk
- When only certain flights in your itinerary will be credited to the JMB program
- When your flight mileage is not credited after your flight, despite having taken the necessary mileage registration steps
JAL Group Domestic Flights
Applicable Flights: Japan Domestic flights with JAL/JTA/RAC flight numbers
Application Period: From 3 days after the flight date within 6 months
JAL Group International Flights
Applicable Flights: International flights with JAL/JTA flight numbers
Application Period: From 5 days after the flight date within 6 months
JMB partner airlines flights
Applicable Flights: Domestic/International flights with JMB partner airlines flight numbers
Application Period: From 14 days after the flight date within 6 months
- JAL flight-numbered domestic flights operated by Jetstar Japan are accepted via Post Flight Credit for International/JMB partner airlines flights.
Notice
In the following cases, post flight credit requests are not acceptable on the website. Please contact the JAL Mileage Bank Center and complete the procedure within 6 months after your flight date.
- When your JMB registered name is different from the name on your boarding pass
- When you need to correct the flight miles that have already been credited
- When the sector, cabin class, or booking class is not shown on the list for JMB partner airlines flights
- When the procedure cannot be completed for other system-related reasons
JAL Mileage Bank Center
JAL mileage will be credited either to the JMB membership number listed in the reservation record or to a JMB partner airline's frequent flyer membership number. Transferring or combining mileage credits between JMB and other mileage programs (including mileage programs operated by JMB partner airlines) is not permitted.
