Check-in for Codeshare flights are available at each airline's check-in counter.
Check-in time differs depending on the airline.

Jetstar Japan(GK):Check-in at GK counter.Check-in time is 120 to 30 minutes before departure.

Departure

Please pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes prior to the departure, and be at the gate no later than 10 minutes before the departure,or you may not be able to be on board the plane.

2nd Floor departure counter there are JAL Global Club (JGC) counter entrance, First Class, Diamond, JGC Premier priority check-in counters, security check (lunge entrance), FDA Check-in counters, Jetstar Japan check-in counters, the Smile Support counters, Self Service Check-in, and Ticketing Kiosk, JAL Express-tag service, toilets, toilets (wheelchair accessible), elevator(wheelchair accessible), stairs, and escalators. Once you pass through JAL Touch & Go Service available security, there are entrances to the 3rd floor Diamond Premier Lounge, Sakura Lounge, toilets, toilets (wheelchair accessible), and escalators. On the first floor there are JAL airport delivery service (ABC), toilets, toilets (wheelchair accessible), elevator(wheelchair accessible), stairs, and escalators.
