Log in to the JMB World Marketplace using your JMB membership number and password.
After searching for and selecting a hotel, enter the information required for your booking.
Enter your JMB membership number and One-time Password. (Must be the same JMB member who entered the information in Step 1.)
Miles will be deducted from your account at the time of booking.

Redeeming miles from the family mileage pool

For members living in Japan who have registered to the JALCARD Family Program, awards requested by pooling family mileage may be used by the primary member, the primary member's spouse, the primary member's relatives within the second degree of kinship, and the spouses of the primary member's brothers/sisters-in-law. For more details, please refer to the notes on redemption of awards using the JALCARD Family Program.
For members living outside of Japan, please refer to the notes on award redemptions using the JAL Family Club mileage pool.

Miles will be deducted from your account at the time of booking.

Changing or cancelling a booking

Once deducted, miles cannot be returned to the original account, used in exchange for a different hotel or hotel stay plan, or exchanged for cash.

How to apply

You can choose to omit the JAL Coupon redemption/mailing process by directly redeeming your miles to book a hotel. Please note that this service cannot be used for requested JAL Coupons that have already been sent to your JMB registered address.
