STEP1 Download the HoteLux app

STEP2 Apply via the app
Apply from the JAL Life Status Program members-only application page within the HoteLux app.
STEP3 Upload an image
On the JAL Life Status Program members-only application page, upload an image* demonstrating your Star Grade.
Your membership status will be reflected in the HoteLux app within around five business days.
(*) Uploading images
- When uploading an image demonstrating your Star Grade, please use a screenshot of your digital membership card (proof of membership) screen displayed on the JAL Mileage Bank app.
- JGC family members should upload the digital membership card screen displayed on the JAL Mileage Bank app (with the JGC logo displayed), regardless of their Star Grade.

- Status match to Elite or Elite Plus status does not apply after withdrawal from JGC or JALCARD membership.
- The hotel coupon amount is the total amount issued annually by HoteLux, and can only be used when booking specified hotels through the HoteLux app.
