How to verify your Star Grade

Displaying your Star Grade

Your Star Grade will be displayed on the JAL website and the status screen of the JAL Mileage Bank app after account login around one week after you qualify for a Star Grade.

Your current Star Grade will be displayed on your account page after JMB login.

  • Where your Star Grade is displayed differs depending on your country/area of residence.

JAL Mileage Bank app (for those living in Japan only)

Your current Star Grade will be displayed on the status screen after account login.

  • Presentation of your digital membership card (proof of membership) screen may be required to enjoy partner services and benefits.
