What are Life Status Points?
Life Status Points are lifetime activity points that are credited for using eligible services, and are used as the metric for JMB elite benefits, JAL Global Club enrollment, and other services and benefits.
- Unlike miles, Life Status Points cannot be redeemed for awards.
- Life Status Points are credited separately from miles and FLY ON Points.
- Life Status Points accumulate over your lifetime for as long as you maintain your JAL Mileage Bank membership and do not expire.
- Life Status Points are credited to an individual's Life Status Points account. Points cannot be combined or inherited by family members.
