Requests to Customers

In autumn 2021, we will renew our authentication system, allowing all JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members to use services on the JAL website and JAL app with even greater peace of mind. Due to this system renewal the method used to log in will change, so please check the notices below.

Update your registered email address

We will be changing our two-factor authentication method. Once the change has been made, one-time passwords will be sent to the registered email address, so please make sure your registered information is up to date.

Change your member login password

For added security, the password policy will be changed. Please update your current PIN to a password at your earliest convenience from autumn 2021.

The password policy when logging in to the JAL website and JAL app will change.

  1. After a certain point in time (scheduled for autumn 2022), your current 6 digit password will expire for everything except use over the telephone, so please be sure to change it to comply with the new policy as soon as possible.
  2. You can continue to use the 6 digit password as your telephone password.

Two-factor authentication using a one-time password will be implemented for certain services.*

  • Your old web password will expire.
