One-time password

Some processes*1 will require you to enter a one-time password.

One-time passwords are valid for 10 minutes, and once a one-time password has been used, it cannot be used again.

Your one-time password will be sent to your registered email address, so please make sure to check beforehand that your current email address is registered and able to receive emails from jmb_confirmation@jal.com.

  1. Services that previously used a Web Password for authentication, such as managing your account or redeeming certain awards
  • Existing Web Passwords will be discontinued.

How to View or Change Your Email Address

Japan region

Log in from the Mileage Top page, then click "Register/Change email address" under "Manage your account."

  • Available on PC only.

American region, Europe/Middle East/Africa region, and Asia/Oceania region

Select your region, log in from the Mileage Top page, then click "Register/Change email address" under "Manage your account."

  • Available on PC only.

Haven't Received Your One-Time Password?

Please make sure you are able to receive emails from jmb_confirmation@jal.com.

If there are no problems receiving emails, the email address that you provided for your one-time password may have been entered incorrectly. Please contact the below helpdesk directly to check that your registered email address is correct.
