The JAL Mileage Bank log-in process changed in October 20, 2021 (Wed). We've renewed our authentication system to provide a more secure experience for our customers.

Requests to Customers

In October 20, 2021 (Wed), we renewed the authentication system to allow JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members to use services on the JAL website and app with even more peace of mind. Due to this system renewal the method used to log in will change, so please check the notices below.

Update your registered email address

We will be changing our two-factor authentication method. We will send a one-time password to your registered email address, so please ensure your registered information is up to date.

Change your member login password

For added security, the password policy has been changed. Please update your current PIN to a password at your earliest convenience from October 20, 2021 (Wed).

Even if you have already registered your email address, please be sure to check it can still be used by following the link below.

Point1

The password policy for logging in to the JAL website and app has changed.

  • After a certain point in time, your current 6 digit password will expire for everything except use over the telephone, so please be sure to change it to comply with the new policy as soon as possible.
  • You can continue to use the 6 digit password as your telephone password.

Point2

For some services, we have introduced two-step authentication using a one-time password.*

  • Your old website password will have expired.
  • One-time password will be sent from "jmb_confirmation@jal.com",
    so please make the necessary settings for receiving emails from the domain in advance.
