The Ticket Service Fee (TSF), which is applied for newly issuing or changing an international ticket (including award tickets) by telephone or at JAL city counters, will be waived. This waiver applies to Diamond Metal members and their traveling companions.

Sent as a memento, each Metal Card is specially crafted by JAL aircraft maintenance employees for our Diamond Metal members.

Metal Cards differ from status cards.
Please continue to present your Diamond status card or the JAL app to enjoy services associated with your FLY ON status at airport counters and lounges.
A baggage tag that can be used to store the Metal Card will also be sent as an accessory.
Please note that the card design is subject to change.
Diamond Metal Card and a baggage tag will be shipped in summer during the service availability period.
