Please see below for the arrival flow at HEATHROW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

There is no need to wait for disembarkation.
Time required: 0-10 minutes

Please get down to the basement floor and take a free shuttle train to Terminal 5A.
Time required: 10 minutes

After arriving Terminal 5A, please proceed to level 2.
Time required: 5 minutes

If you are coming from a country designated by the authorities (Red List Country), you cannot transfer to flights within the UK or to Ireland. After entering UK, you will be isolated at the hotel. Immigration officers will  guide you to another route for the bus to the hotel from here, so please follow the instructions.
If you are not coming from a country designated by the authorities (Red List Countery), please proceed the following 5-8.

Please go through the immigration.
Time required: 5-15 minutes

We will return your checked baggage.
Waiting time: 10 minutes

Please undergo Customs inspection after picking up all checked baggage.
Waiting time: 0-5 minutes

Taxis, buses and trains are operated normally.
