Special Handling for tickets following the current situation in the Middle East
Operations on the Tokyo (Haneda)-Doha route will remain suspended until further notice, in light of the current situation in the Middle East.
In consideration of the situation, we will accept changes or refunds for the applicable tickets as follows.
Applicable Tickets
JAL international tickets beginning with 131 and issued on or before February 28, 2026 (Saturday)
Applicable Flights
Flights departing from or arriving at Doha through March 27, 2027 (Saturday)
Procedures
We offer a one-time change to an alternative flight or a refund free of charge. Please complete the procedures through the JAL website.
