Credit card payment

JAL provides an identity authentication service for credit card payments on the JAL website that complies with the "3D Secure*" on Internet payment security standard.
If not registered, there is a possibility that an error will occur in credit card payment.
Please contact your credit card company directly for the 3D Secure 2.0 password and instructions on how to use the service. (To use the Identity authentication service, you must be registered with your credit card company in advance.)

  • This is an identity authentication service recommended by VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and AMEX for more secure credit card payments over the Internet.
    (Each brand has a different name, but they are collectively called "3D Secure 2.0")
    To prevent unauthorized use of your card information, we recommend that you register for 3D Secure 2.0.

Domestic Tickets

Failure to Scan Boarding 2D barcode

For reservations with multiple passengers, we are experiencing a problem with 2D barcodes printed by April 12, 2023 causes an error at the airport security checkpoint. Please re-acquire the 2D barcode before boarding.

Failure due to mobile device screen width

For mobile devices with small screen widths, operation buttons may not be displayed on the screen.

Please reduce the screen size or if you are using iphone (Safari), hide the toolbar.

Domestic Award Tickets

Change or Cancel

  • You are viewing an award ticket booking using the booking number (you are not a JMB member) and wish to change to a flight other than the alternate flight. (this can be done on the JAL website if logged in as the JMB member who is traveling or whose account the miles were deducted from)

  • If your booking is cancelled or delayed, or your flight is expected to be affected, you may not be able to make changes through the JAL website.
    In this case, please contact us.
  • If you have reservations for multiple passengers and refunded for all of them, you may not be able to complete the refund process for some of them.
    Affected passengers will be contacted by our staff.
