JAL provides an identity authentication service for credit card payments on the JAL website that complies with the "3D Secure*" on Internet payment security standard.
If not registered, there is a possibility that an error will occur in credit card payment.
Please contact your credit card company directly for the 3D Secure 2.0 password and instructions on how to use the service. (To use the Identity authentication service, you must be registered with your credit card company in advance.)

For reservations before the ticket is purchased, you may not be able to confirm the reservation.

An error is causing information from the Booking List and Booking Details pages to remain onscreen even after clicking or tapping “View seats” and proceeding to seat confirmation.
If your seat number is displayed in the “Seat” field, please be assured that your seat selection has been confirmed.
