Information about Domestic flights (e-Ticket Search)

You can view receipts,boarding certificates and ticket usage status on the website up to 1 year from the ticket purchase date.

Before you view your ticket.

  • The following tickets cannot be displayed online.
  • Ticket issued via "JAL ONLINE(for corporate)".
  • Tickets for group travel or tour packages.
  • Tickets that include international flights.
  • Tickets for Okinawa to/from Kitadaito via Minamidaito, or Okinawa to/from Minamidaito via Kitadaito route tickets transfering on the same day.
  • To search via JMB membership number must be registered to your reservation record before purchase.

About displayed usage status

  • Unused:Unused tickets
  • Used：Used tickets
  • Open Ticket(Unused):Unused tickets without reservations
  • Checked-In:Checked-in or passed security checkpoint
  • Received:Already received ticket (boarding pass)
  • Changed:Rebooked ticket
  • Refunded:Refunded ticket
  • No-show：It can not be used.Please process the refund within the expiration date (within 10 days of the date of the booking flight)
