- There is no exception period on Hawaii, Guam, or Middle East routes.
- Reservation application acceptance deadline is 48 hours (departure city time) prior to the departure of the first flight sector. Award booking for round trip will be accepted no earlier than 360 days prior to the date of departure.
- Journeys must start and end within the promotion period.

- When the itinerary includes Japan flights, JAL, and Japan Transocean Air (JTA) flights are eligible. Ryukyu Air Commuter or code-share flights are not eligible.
- Japan domestic "First Class" and "Class J" cannot be used as awards.
- Flights may not be operated on some flight sectors due to flight cancellation, days of operation or seasonal operation.
- This promotion may not be applicable to some sectors or some flights. These sectors or flights are subject to change without notice.
- In addition to required mileage for the awards listed above, fuel surcharges and other taxes will be collected.
- When traveling on Manila routes, the promotion period for South East Asia will apply but the required mileage is set separately.
- When traveling on Seoul routes, the promotion period for East Asia will apply but the required mileage is set separately.
- Awards issued for children will require the same number of miles as those issued for adults. (Awards for infants sharing a seat with an adult will be issued at 10% of the applicable adult mileage level. This infant mileage level will apply only when the accompanying adult is issued a ticket using this promotion.)
Infants who occupy their own seat are not eligible for this promotion.
Conditions of use
- This campaign can only be used when seats are available for JAL international award tickets with the base miles.
- Reservations requested through the JAL website are eligible for this promotion. This promotion is not available for reservations made by phone.
- All award reservations completed without using this promotion cannot be changed to those using discount.
- This award may not be combined with other promotions.
- One-way award tickets are not permitted.
- The cities of departure and final return may be in different cities, but must be in the same area and within the same country*.
- The arrival city of the outbound journey and the departure city of the return journey may be in different cities, but must be in the same area and within the same country*.
- Definition of the "same country"
- Canada and the U.S.A. are considered to be in the same country/region.
- Finland, France, Germany and the U.K. are considered to be in the same country/region.
- "Beijing, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin", "Hong Kong", and "Taipei" are considered to be in different regions.
- Waitlisted reservations are ineligible for this promotion.
- This discount mileage does not apply to oneworld Award Tickets, JMB Partner Airlines Award Tickets, and JAL International Upgrade Award Tickets.

- Please carefully refer to all other conditions that have not been mentioned above. Reservations that do not satisfy the conditions are not eligible for this promotion.
- For all other condition concerning application and usage, JAL International Award Tickets rules will apply.
Change to awards after mileage redemption
Reservation changes are not permitted.
Mileage reinstatement service for unused awards
- After an award has been booked, the mileage used for the award can only be reinstated for totally unused awards by paying the refund charge. All reinstated mileage must be returned to the JMB account from which it was redeemed.
- If JAL is not contacted to cancel the reservation before flight departure, the miles used for the award ticket will not be refunded.
Validity
Award tickets issued under this promotion are valid only for the date and flight originally reserved.
