Boarding pass
If you do not have your connecting boarding pass, please proceed to the departure terminal for your connecting flight and carry out the check-in procedure at the connecting airline's transfer counter.
Checked baggage (Re-check)
Please collect your checked baggage at the "final destination" recorded on the baggage claim tag you received upon departure. If you did not check your baggage through to your final destination, you will need to complete arrival procedures into the UK at the arrival terminal, collect your baggage, and then proceed to the terminal for your departure flight where you will need to check the baggage in again at the departures counter for your connecting airline.

Check-in
Passengers connecting to JL44 should go to the transfer counter at Heathrow International Airport Terminal 3 to complete check-in procedures. Passengers already in possession of a boarding pass may proceed directly to their departure gate.
Information about Fast Track (Security check priority lane) for First Class and Business Class passengers
- First Class and Business Class passengers on JL44 can use the Fast Track priority lane for their security check.
- Please look for signs saying "Fast Track".
- You can gain access by showing your boarding pass.
Checked baggage
If you are connecting from an airport within Europe and you checked your baggage through to your final destination at your departure point, you do not need to collect your baggage at London Heathrow International Airport.
