To customers who want to receive the receipt by post

  • Receipt will not be sent by other channels rather than post mail.
  • Receipt will be sent to the address in Japan only.
  • Sending a receipt by post may take seven to ten days.
  • During busy times, however, it may take two to three weeks for delivery.
    If would like to receive your receipt immediately, you can pick it up at the airport counter.
  • Receipt cannot be re-issued.
  • Receipt of international ticket cannot be issued via this form.
