[Counter open time]

Effective June 1, 2013, counter open time will be modified to three hours before the departure (16:15).

[Baggage]

From November 2, 2010, it is prohibited to carry ink and toner cartridges larger than 500g as carry-on baggage by UK government.

Please note that when passengers travel to / from London Heathrow International Airport, we will not accept any single piece of checked baggage weighing more than 32kg (70lbs).
