- * At Okayama Airport, please receive a lounge coupon for lounge muscat at the check-in counter and then enter.
- * Please present your DIAMOND, SAPPHIRE or JGC card and boarding pass upon entering the lounge where the barcode reader service may not available.

- * At Okayama Airport, please receive a lounge coupon for lounge muscat at the check-in counter and then enter.
- * Please present your JMB Crystal Card and boarding pass upon entering the lounge where the barcode reader service may not available.
- * JAL Global Club Members can enter airport lounges by presenting their JGC Card and boarding passes.
You can not use lounge with over 4 traveling companions even if you show your JGC membership card and other FLY ON Program membership card. - * Access to the following lounges is not permitted with lounge coupons by mileage deduction: JAL First Class Lounge, DIAMOND/PREMIER LOUNGE, international airport lounges in Paris and Shanghai (Hongqiao).
When you fly with oneworld member airlines, you can use their lounges located in more than 550 airports worldwide. The member and one traveling companion are allowed to enter the lounge.
- * Please present your oneworld tier status card and boarding pass upon entering the lounge.
- * For details of lounges when flying on oneworld member airlines flights, please ask the airport staff of respective airlines at the time of check-in.
- * Lounge access by presenting oneworld elite status Ruby card is not permitted.
- * At peak periods,access to certain lounges may be restricted due to capacity constraints.
Access is available on the day of departure when your next onward flight is with a oneworld member airline.
Access may not apply at a limited number of third-party-operated lounges.
How to apply for lounge coupons prior to the day of departure
Please request the lounge coupons through our website or 24 hour Automated Telephone Service (Available in Japanese only).
- * Lounge coupons will be mailed to the members' registered address approximately one or two weeks after the request is made.

How to exchange mileage for lounge coupons at the airport
Please contact our airport lounge staff when accessing SAKURA LOUNGE or JAL LOUNGE located in Japan (excluding Okayama Airport)and overseas.
Please mention at the check-in counter when using other lounges at Okayama Airport and overseas airports.

Coupons are valid until the end of the seventh month from day of issue.
Important notes about Lounge Coupons
- * Please present one lounge coupon per one person for each lounge use.
- * Once mileage has been deducted, it cannot be returned to your JMB account, nor can you exchange lounge coupons into other awards. This is regardless if your awards have not been sent or if you have not used them yet.
- * To redeem mileage for lounge coupons, you must provide your JMB membership number and PIN number. If you have forgotten your PIN, click here. When requesting your PIN number by mail, please allow approximately one week for your PIN to arrive.
- * PIN REQUEST (For American Region JMB members, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia, Oceania)
- * Maximum of 4 persons (including the member) are allowed for a single entry to the lounge. Member must accompany the traveling companion when using the lounge.
- * A traveling companion is defined as a passenger departing on the same date as the member, and on a JAL Group Airlines flights.

・Arrival Lounge (Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal 1)

・International airport lounges in Shanghai (Hongqiao) - * The selling, bartering, or exchanging of lounge coupon is not permitted, and attempt of such action will render lounge coupon void and no mileage will be returned to the member with respect to such cancellation.

- * Due to shortage of airport facilities, airport lounges may be unable to accommodate all eligible passengers.

- * Passengers must present their FLY ON Program Membership Card and boarding pass to enter airport lounges. (Travelers using JAL IC Check-in Service must present their passenger receipt showing the passenger name and flight number.)

- * Airport lounge access is limited to a maximum of three companions per cardholder (total group of four using two lounge coupons). Cardholder must accompany travel companions when entering lounge.
- * A traveling companion is defined as a passenger departing on the same date as the member, and on a JAL Group Airlines flights.
- * Children three years of age or over (on domestic flights) or two years of age or over (on international flights) are treated as a single companion. Children under these age limits are permitted access to airport lounges in the company of a cardholder, without requiring a separate card or lounge coupon.
Children under age limits are exempt from the limit of three companions per cardholder. - * At some airports, travelers may be required to request lounge access at the check-in counter prior to entering the lounge.
