ZIPAIR Point Club is ZIPAIR's free membership program that makes flying with ZIPAIR more rewarding.
As a ZIPAIR Point Club member, you can earn and redeem ZIPAIR Points.
You can also choose to pay the annual membership fee and become a member of ZIPAIR Point Club Plus, a fee-based membership program that offers extra benefits.

How to join ZIPAIR Point Club
- Preliminary registration is completed by registering an email address.
- An email containing a link to enroll in ZIPAIR Point Club will be sent to your registered email address. The enrollment process is completed by clicking the link and providing the required information.
- The enrollment process can be completed via the ZIPAIR website only.
How to join ZIPAIR Point Club Plus
- ZIPAIR Point Club Plus is a fee-based membership program. The annual membership fee is JPY 5,000.
- To join, please first enroll in ZIPAIR Point Club and then upgrade to ZIPAIR Point Club Plus.
- You will be required to register a credit card when you join ZIPAIR Point Club Plus.
- Your membership is valid for 365 days from the date of application, and will be renewed automatically each year. The annual membership fee will be charged to your registered credit card two weeks prior to your membership renewal date (Japan time).
- ZIPAIR Points can be used to pay the annual membership fee.
- The enrollment process can be completed via the ZIPAIR website only.
Cancelling your ZIPAIR Point Club Plus membership
- The annual membership fee is payable in advance.
- If you cancel your membership before the end of your membership period, you will not be eligible to receive a prorated refund for any portion of the annual membership fee.
- Your ZIPAIR Point Club membership will continue to be active after you cancel your ZIPAIR Point Club Plus membership.
